We amend these T&Cs from time to time. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.         

 

 

Section 1- Eligibilty

1.1 To place an order through the Site or to access certain services or features, you may be required to create an account. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal details such as your name, contact number, and email address. You agree to ensure that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete at all times, enabling us to deliver a seamless and premium shopping experience.

If there is any change to your registration details at any time, you are responsible for updating your personal account promptly to ensure accuracy. We reserve the right to revise registration requirements periodically. When placing an order, you may be required to provide payment-related information. By doing so, you confirm that all payment details submitted are valid, accurate, and authorized, and that you are the rightful holder of the billing information provided.

Section 2 – Creating an Account

To access certain services or place orders through this Website, users may be required to create an account. An account can be set up using a valid email address and password or through approved third-party sign-in options where available. The email address provided during registration will serve as our primary channel of communication for all order-related updates, including confirmations, shipping notifications, cancellations, and refunds. You are therefore advised to register using an active and accurate email address.

We strongly encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an account or sharing any personal information on this Website.

 

Section 3 – Pricing Policy

3.1
All product prices are displayed on the Website upon selection of the respective product. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges, where applicable, are excluded from the displayed product price and are clearly communicated to the Customer prior to order confirmation.

3.2
The total payable amount excluding delivery charges is visible in the “Cart” section. The final payable amount, inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees, is displayed in the “Order Review” section before checkout completion, allowing the Customer to review all charges prior to placing the order.

3.3
Faransi Perfumes reserves the right to revise product pricing at any time. However, any such changes will not affect orders already placed, and the price applicable at the time of order confirmation shall prevail.

Section 4 – Product Availability

4.1
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and cancel the affected item(s). A refund corresponding to the unavailable product and any applicable delivery charges will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment. If only part of an order is unavailable, delivery charges related to the fulfilled items will not be refunded.

4.2
Faransi Perfumes reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products listed on the Website at its discretion. Orders confirmed prior to such modifications shall remain unaffected.

Section 5 – Ordering Process

5.1
To place an order on the Website, the Customer may be required to create an account. The terms governing account creation and usage are detailed in these Terms and Conditions. Information regarding the collection and protection of personal data is outlined separately in our Privacy Policy.

5.2
Customers may select products by clicking on “Add to Cart.” Once products are added, Customers may choose to continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

5.3
All selected products are displayed in the “Cart” section, where Customers may review order details, pricing (excluding delivery charges), modify quantities, or remove items before proceeding further.

5.4
After reviewing the Cart, Customers may proceed to checkout by selecting “Proceed to Checkout.” Customers will be required to provide billing, shipping, and payment details necessary for order processing. The “Order Review” page summarizes the selected products, total price inclusive of taxes, and applicable delivery fees. An order is deemed final once the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by clicking “Place Order,” thereby entering into a legally binding contract with Faransi Perfumes.

5.5
Upon successful order placement, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. A separate notification will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a valid and active email address is provided during checkout.

Section 6 – Cancellation of Orders

6.1
Requests for order cancellation must be submitted via email to hello@faransiperfumes.com within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.

6.2
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within seventy-two (72) hours, excluding bank holidays. Cash on Delivery orders are excluded from this refund timeline.

6.3
Payment gateway convenience or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable as these charges are levied by third-party payment providers.

6.4
Orders may only be cancelled in full. Partial cancellations are not permitted. Refunds will be initiated once cancellation confirmation is received.

Section 7 – Payment

7.1
By confirming an order, the Customer agrees to pay the full price of the products ordered along with applicable delivery charges. The Customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and possess sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

7.2
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Customers may be redirected to their respective bank’s authentication page to complete the transaction. Any bank charges or transaction fees imposed by the payment provider shall be borne solely by the Customer.
